Consent to Data Processing

I hereby give my consent to LIONES LLC, TIN 7719066437, PSRN: 1027739389600, to process my personal data (hereinafter referred to as PD), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", under the following conditions:
List of PD for which consent is given: Full name, phone number, email, IP address, cookies and other metric data determining the behavioral nature of the website visitor and collected via Yandex.Metrica.
Purposes of PD Processing:
- processing and sending an application on the Website for consultation via feedback and further provision of services;
- website administration, data analysis, testing, system maintenance, support, reporting and data placement;
- sending messages, notifications, requests, responses, documents of informational nature to the Data Subject;
- conclusion, execution and termination of civil law contracts.
Actions with PD: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), transfer (access, provision), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
Method of PD processing: stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems.
Consent validity period: ten years or until receipt of a request from the Data Subject to stop processing/withdrawal of consent or from the moment of termination of the Operator's activities.

Consent may be withdrawn by the PD Subject (their representative) by sending a written statement to the email address: hotel-leon-spa@mail.ru
